We are going to need two large potatoes, a bunch of wild asparagus, five eggs, salt and oil for frying. The trick to make the omelette juicy is to add the asparagus to the fire when the potatoes are almost ready, letting them fry together for a few minutes. I assure you that you will suck your fingers!

6) Cold chicken round
