Although we already talked about the risks of the so-called “miracle diets“, sometimes the rush makes us fall into one of these strict regimes. So that it does not become a problem for your health, it is important that it does not exceed a week in duration. Today we tell you what the soup diet consists of.
What is the soup diet?
It is a very low fat and calorie diet that lasts a maximum of seven days and ensures a loss of between 3 and 8 kilos. The duration must be one week because nutritional deficiencies can become a health problem if it is maintained for longer.
As it is a very restrictive diet, we can eat the amount we want of the allowed foods each day.
Fat Burning Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 Tomatoes without skin
- 6 onions
- 1 clean cabbage
- 2 green peppers
- 2 stalks of celery
- Salt (if it’s Himalayan rose, better)
- Pepper
Preparation mode
Cut the vegetables into medium or small pieces and pour them into a saucepan with boiling water . Put everything to cook for 30 minutes. Remove and save.
How to do the soup diet
To carry it out we have to comply every day with the allowed ingredients:
Day 1
Fat-burning soup, unsweetened tea or coffee, and some fruit are eaten exclusively .
Day 2
Soup, green leafy vegetables (instead of fruit), tea and coffee without sugar. they will be our food. We can include a carbohydrate, preferably a cooked or baked potato at midday.
Day 3
Soup, vegetables and fruit. Unsweetened tea or coffee. On this third day you can weigh to see the progress of the diet.
Day 4
Soup, fruits (bananas or bananas), skim milk, tea or coffee without sugar.
Day 5
Soup and proteins. We can add up to half a kilo of beef or chicken without skin, tomatoes without skin and tea or coffee without sugar.
Day 6
Fat-burning soup, meat and vegetables, tea and coffee without sugar.
Day 7
We finish the diet. This day we have to consume soup, brown rice, fruits, vegetables, tea or coffee without sugar.
