So that it does not become a problem for your health, it is important that it does not exceed a week in duration. Today we tell you what the soup diet consists of.

What is the soup diet?

It is a very low fat and calorie diet that lasts a maximum of seven days and ensures a loss of between 3 and 8 kilos. The duration must be one week because nutritional deficiencies can become a health problem if it is maintained for longer.

As it is a very restrictive diet, we can eat the amount we want of the allowed foods each day.

Fat Burning Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 Tomatoes without skin
  • 6 onions
  • 1 clean cabbage
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • Salt (if it’s Himalayan rose, better)
  • Pepper
